I’m Racquel Wallace (The Healing Coach) Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Life & Health Coach, and founder of In.SessionMFT.

I created In.SessionMFT to make mental wellness feel more relatable, accessible, and real; both inside and outside of the therapy room.

My work centers around relationships, communication, healing, self-worth, and personal growth. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical. Sometimes, healing starts with an honest conversation, a safe space, and someone who truly gets it.

Through therapy, coaching, workshops, and my mental wellness card games, my mission is simple:
